In response to the ongoing situation, we're implementing these safety protocols for the wellbeing of our clients and cleaners:
​
1) Cleaners are advised to take leave and avoid attending appointments if anyone in their household exhibits COVID-19 symptoms or belongs to a high-risk group.
​
2) We request our customers to postpone cleaning sessions if someone in their home shows COVID-19 symptoms or is part of a vulnerable group.
​
3) Customers will receive an email reminder before their cleaner's scheduled arrival.
​
4) For safety, customers are asked to remain in a separate room during cleaning and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from the cleaner at all times.
​
5) Cleaners are required to wear masks and gloves while cleaning.
​
6) Cleaners are instructed to frequently wash their hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, before, during, and after cleaning sessions.
​
7) Special attention should be given to frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, cupboard knobs, light switches, TV remotes, tables, and countertops.
​
8) It's mandatory for cleaners to launder cleaning cloths and mop heads at a high temperature (at least 140F°) after each use.
